Q. How do I place an order?

A. You can either place an order on the web site or by telephone. For all international order please contact us by email at heavenlydivinerosaries@yahoo.com.

Q. What type of payments do we accept?

A. We accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal payments. When sending an order by mail, provide name, address, item numbers, telephone and email. Please add shipping fees if order is under $75.00, all orders over $60.00 is free shipping but over-size fees do apply. Orders in West Virginia add sales tax. For all returned checks there will be a $35.00 return fee.

PayPal is a simple, easy and secure method of paying online. PayPal accepts the following credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. It also accepts payments using PayPal Balances and Bank transfers. It does not require membership or registration for you to use the system. Heavenly Divine Custom Rosaries & Gifts will not see or retain any of your financial information.

Q. Do you collect Sales Tax?

A. Heavenly Divine Custom Rosaries & Gift is a registered business in the state of West Virginia. West Virginia residents will be charges 6% sales tax.

Q. What is your Free Shipping Policy?

A. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00 within the Continental U.S. States. This shipping is for standard shipping. There is an oversized delivery fee from $20.00 to $100.00 on large items. Free shipping is an automatic coupon. Limit one coupon per order. If using a discount coupon code, free shipping will not apply, due to the discount coupon overriding the free shipping coupon.

Q. What is your Returns Policy?

A. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. There will be a 10% Restock Fee on all returned items and shipping will not be refunded. All items must be returned with all papers, boxes, cases, or whatever it came with. Please contact me by email or telephone for any defected or broken items. We do not accept returns on custom orders, 14kt and 18kt gold items. All 14kt and 18kt gold jewelry and rosaries are shipped from the manufacture and are nonrefundable. Please notify me first by email: heavenlydivinerosaries@yahoo.com for a return number.

Q. How is my order shipped?

A. Please allow two to four business days to process your order. All order will be shipped UPS, FedEx or USPS. We ship Monday through Friday only. Some items on our web site may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and if item/items are on back-order you will be contacted. Tracking updates normally take 24 hours for domestic orders. If the carrier has not updated the tracking number within this time, please contact us.

Q. What is your engraved item Return Policy?

A. If your item(s) is engraved and/or personalized, the order is considered a final sale and are nonrefundable. So please double check your inscription to be engraved before you place the order. All orders that require engraving usually take 1-5 days to ship after the order is received.

Q. What are your terms and conditions policy for products description?

A. We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate information. Product descriptions may not reflect current technical information. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in product, pricing, or offers is subject to correction. Pictures are used for representation only and are fairly accurate. In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Q. Do you customize rosaries?

A. Heavenly Divine Rosaries specializes in custom handmade rosaries and prayer chaplets, we will design your rosary to your specification. Email me for information.

Q. How is my handmade rosary constructed?

A. Heavenly Divine Custom Rosaries uses the wire-wrapped and the spiral wire-wrapped techniques on all of our handmade rosaries, chaplets and pocket rosaries. The traditional standard loop or hoop construction method can break with frequent use. The wire-wrapped method will outlast all other rosary techniques and will add beauty to the finished piece. Our rosaries are made to last a lifetime.

The wire-wrapped technique is one of the strongest and most secure methods of construction. The wire is wrapped around the loop ensuring that the loop will stay closed, making your rosary virtually indestructible. The spiral wire wrap is a decorative extension of the wire-wrapped method. We use 20 gauge sterling silver or gold-filled wire and each end of the wire is carefully sanded down insuring a smooth edge. The wire is wrapped around the base of the loop and working out from the center, over the top of the bead adding a unique design.

All rosaries are made of 20, 21 or 22 gauge round heavy sterling silver or gold-filled wire. The size or thickness of the wire is measured in gauge, the larger the gauge number the thinner the wire.

All gemstones and pearls are natural and may vary in color, brilliance and luster. Each rosary is handmade and may vary in size. You may substitute bead caps, bead spacer, chains, centerpieces or crucifixes on all rosaries. If any components are unavailable we will contact you for substitution.

Q. Is my handmade rosary guaranteed?

A. All handmade rosaries, pocket rosaries and chaplets are guaranteed against breakage (the wire breaking in two) for life, we will fix it for free, as long as you return the crucifix, centerpiece, bead caps, and beads. There will be a discount rate charged to replace any missing, broken or damaged beads, bead caps, crucifix or centerpiece. Please retain the original invoice as a proof of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a shipping fee. This warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from misuse, accidents or abuse. The Handmade Rosary Warranty does not cover machine made rosaries that are sold on this web site.

Q. How long will it take to get my custom rosary?

A. Our rosaries are all made to order, the time it can take to receive an order my very. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the delivery of you order. If you need a rosary within a certain time please contact us by telephone or email. There will be an additional $25.00 fee for all rush orders.

Q. How do I get my rosary repaired?

A. We will restore your heirloom or treasured rosaries by rewiring using the wire wrapped method of construction, which is extremely strong and durable, as well as decorative. Each bead is hand wire-wrapped on heavy full-hard solid sterling silver or gold filled wire. The wire-wrapped method will outlast all other rosary techniques and will add beauty to the finished piece. We also will replace or substitute any missing beads, crucifix, centerpiece or other parts. We will need to evaluate your rosary before giving a final cost for the repair. This process can take up to one to three weeks depending on the ordering of parts for your rosary. Q. What is included with my rosary?

A. All Rosaries and Chaplets will come in a complimentary cardboard gift box. You will also receive a pamphlet on how to pray the rosary and vinyl zippered carrying case or carrying pouch.

Q. How do I care and clean my rosary?

A. Gemstones and Pearls, with the exception of a few, are very delicate. Most cannot stand up to the same cleaning methods and chemicals used on sterling silver. They are very harsh and could damage the gemstones or pearls. It is very important not to expose gemstones or pearls to abrasives, ammonia, hot solutions, or ultrasonic cleaners. We recommend that you use a Delicate Jewelry Cleaner that can be used for your type of gemstone or pearl.

For light cleaning, you can use small bowl with a few drops of mild liquid detergent and warm water. Let it soak a few moments and rinse it thoroughly. Dry it with a 100% cotton cloth.
